The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff people were very helpful. The hotel restaurant was very expensive.

The stay was for a memorial function that was so easy to arraigned with the competent staff. Warm, understanding and relaxing.

The lobby was beautiful and the staff was great. They warmly greeted me and made efforts to make me feel welcome. The hotel had an older feel to it. Not older in a charming way, but older in a needs-to-be-updated way. ...read more

The Holiday Inn in Mt. Kisco is billed as a 3-star hotel. The room was very small. The bathroom was uncomfortably small. There were obvious repairs that needed to be made in the room. The hotel is not environmentally conscious. They also overcharge for local calls ($1.61 per minute) and for room service (a $2.95 cup of tea actually costs $7.52). The noise level from the ballroom was so loud that I had to leave for several hours and although the desk assured me it would be quiet at 11:00pm, it was not actually quiet until nearly 11:30pm, which was way too late for me given my performance schedule the next day. I hated this hotel, would never stay there again and would never recommend it. ...read more

The room air quality was poor. I'm sure I lost a few brain cells sleeping there. The beds are uncomfortable. There is watery lemonade in the lobby instead of the usual coffee. I'll never stay at a Holiday Inn again. ...read more

Enjoyed the hotel! Jill greeted me at the front desk, was so accomodating. Any request I had (wake up call, inquiry about the area, information about the bar/breakfast, etc) was answered thoroughly, accurately and with a smile. The location is alittle secluded but perfect for me off the Saw Mill Pkwy. The common areas and my room were very clean and inviting. I just had a great stay, everything went very well. ...read more
